OmniSentient — Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 23, 2026
Effective Date: February 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the OmniSentient GitHub App, accessing the OmniSentient web platform, or using any OmniSentient API, you ("User" or "Organization") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

OmniSentient provides a security remediation platform that:
- Monitors GitHub repositories for Dependabot security alerts.
- Opens scoped Pull Requests proposing safe-version dependency upgrades.
- Generates Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) snapshots.
- Provides an audit trail and forensic incident ledger.
- Sends notifications via Slack, Discord, and email channels.

OmniSentient does not automatically merge Pull Requests. All merges require explicit human approval.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your GitHub installation.
  • You must not use OmniSentient to scan repositories you do not have authorization to access.
  • You must keep your API credentials and webhook secrets confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms.
- Use the platform to conduct unauthorized security scanning of third-party systems.
- Circumvent billing or quota enforcement mechanisms.
- Attempt to forge, replay, or invalidate cryptographic manifests.

5. Authoritative Forensic Record

OmniSentient maintains a cryptographically sealed Forensic Ledger of all remediation actions and system events. In the event of a dispute regarding vulnerability state or remediation provenance, the Forensic Ledger shall be deemed the primary and authoritative record.

6. Data Processing & Privacy

Our data processing activities are governed by the OmniSentient Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the terms defined in these institutional frameworks.

7. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Free tier: Available with no credit card required. Usage limits apply.
  • Pro tier: Billed monthly at $29/month. Cancel anytime.
  • Enterprise tier: Custom contract. Contact sales.
  • Overages on fix quota will pause new PR creation until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

7. Intellectual Property

OmniSentient and its logos, platform design, and forensic engine architecture are the intellectual property of OmniSentient. You may not copy, rebrand, or redistribute the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OMNISENTIENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL VULNERABILITIES WILL BE DETECTED OR REMEDIATED.

9. Limitation of Liability

OMNISENTIENT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and the /changelog page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
